1. PAYMENT METHODS AND PCI SECURITY 

STORMANDMARIE.COM accepts payment via epay by following types of cards:

DANKORT, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and PAYPAL.
The payment will not be drawn from your account before the order has been dispatched. 

STORM & MARIE encrypts your card information using the safe PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard protocol, which means that your card number and any other private information provided to us are secure and safe.

2. DELIVERY

We deliver with GLS Parcel Service. Should a delay occur at GLS STORM & MARIE cannot be held responsible of such.

Denmark: Delivery Free of charge on orders above DKK 500.
Orders below this amount has a shipping charge of DKK 40.
Shipping time: 1-2 working days (with the exception of Danish public holidays and weekends). 

Kindly note: additional shipping time can occur during busy sale periods. We apologize should these delays occour.

Personal pick up. If you prefer, you have the possibility to place your order online and then pick up the order at one of the STORM & MARIE stores based in Copenhagen. Kindly note, this is only possible during the opening hours of the stores and not on holidays.

In cases of a lost parcel, we will dispatch a new one free of charge.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION

No personal information registered at STORM & MARIE will be handed over, sold or made available to a third party. All information is contained safely and is only available to trusted employees at STORM & MARIE.

When paying electronically a safe, encrypted and world wide approved method is used (PCI DSS).

During the purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This information is strictly used for handling the order. The information is transmitted and will be stored electronically on an unencrypted form for five years. The purchase agreement will not be stored in a way that makes you able to log in and view/change the status.

Furthermore we register the IP-address where the purchase has been made. This information will normally not be of any use, but can be used in police investigations if a case or false purchase occurs.

It is possible to sign up with your e-mail address so that you receive our newsletter. This service can be subscribed and unsubscribed as you wish.

The law of personal data we inform upon request about registered information and based upon potential objections we will perform deletion in the requested extent.

The shop system use Cookies that are small text files that are stored on your computer/smartphone/tablet when visiting our website, in order to recognize your device when you visit the website again. Cookies are reliable files that cannot execute program code, cannot submit virus and cannot be used to collect informa­tion about other use of your computer. Should you not wish to accept the cookies, you can reject it by chang­ing the appropriate settings in your browser.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. You have 14 days to return your order; beginning from the day you received it. Returns of purchases are at your own expenses.

Please fill out our Online Store Return Form (found in the parcel or at the end of this page and print it) and enclose it in the shipment together with the invoice.

Should you wish to exchange for another style or size, you can speed up the delivery by placing an order online while sending back the other one.

All returns (except faulty/defected items) must be in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way and with undamaged packaging for a full refund.

Upon receipt of your return and approval by our warehouse, the amount will be trans­ferred back to you within a few working days using the same payment provider as you have used to purchase it.

Please note that we do not accept parcels send per COD (Cash On Delivery/Efterkrav).

5. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

STORM & MARIE provides a two years right of complaint in accordance to Danish Sale of Goods, Consolidation Act No. 237 of 28 March 2003, this comprises flaws in fabric or in workmanship, which can be found by normal, frequent use of an item. The Right of Complaint does not cover flaws, damaged wear and tear directly or indirectly occurred as a result of wrong utilization, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized actions.

Claims concerning flaws and defects which must be found during normal study of the item, must be notified to us within reasonable time. The item can then be returned for repairing, exchange or, by agreement, for crediting.

Claims must also be sent to the address above. Returns can also be done by rejecting the parcel or by returning it in person, by appointment. The handling time will be faster if adequate information is with the parcel using our Online Store Return Form.

In the case of agreed discount, returned goods or prepaid goods, which are cancelled before shipment, a com­plete or partial refund will be made. Refunds normally happen through same payment provider as you have used to purchase.
